I think it's the type of coffee beans they buy and the water filtering they use which combine to give their coffee the 'starbucks' taste.

Nope, cocaine is too expensive to add into drinks and sell them for that price. I know for a fact there is nicotine in Tim Hortons coffee cause my cousin had an allergic reaction to it. I can't imagine why a big corporation like Starbucks wouldn't also use nicotine. Another thing is that people like sugar, and there is a lot of sugar in those drinks. Personally I don't like coffee, just cause of some stuff I read online about, very unhealthy. Also people like to have Caffeine in the morning, its not just Starbucks coffee that people want in the morning.
