HELP! What do i eat for breakfast?!

Question: HELP! What do i eat for breakfast?
I am on a very strict diet and a hardcore workout program. I'm going out for breakfast with some coworkers this morning and am anxious about what to eat.
What is the best i can order?
I was thinking fruit and toast? or toast and scrambled eggs? (Is the scrambled eggs usually soaked in butter?) If anyone has any better options, let me know! (ps, it need to be arund 200 calories)

The best you could do is probably oatmeal and ask for no butter and sugar or get it on the side and don't use it.

If you want to low carb it, you could get 3 eggs (60 calories each + ~100 calories of butter).

Or if you want to spend a little extra money but have a healthy *** breakfast, go with 6 hardboiled eggs and oatmeal. Then only eat one of the yolks. One cup of oatmeal with 5 whites and 1 whole egg will be about 10g of fat, 60g of carbs, and 32g of protein. This is about 500 calories which is about right for breakfast on a 2000 calorie diet eating 5 times per day (breakfast and post workout are your two bigger meals).

I wish I could have some more info on your diet

200 calories seems a little low? 6 meals per day at 200 calories is 1200 calories and working out on top of that? Unless you are 4'8", I don't see how this is a good plan. You could probably get by with 1200 if you weren't working out hardcore though, but you wouldn't lose as much fat as bumping the calories and exercise up.

I recommend this calorie estimator* in the source links
Estimate what your calorie needs are, then multiply that number by 90% or subtract 500 calories. Keep a journal of calories eaten (very easy just look online like calorieking* for calories of the foods you eat). Do this journal for 4 or so days until you get into it. Keep in mind it is very doable to eat 1000 calories one day, feel great, and assume you can do it forever, but you will crash and binge if you hold yourself to that. You body has a tank of energy so to speak, and you want to keep partially filled at all times to burn the fat.

So start with the 90%, see how that feels, then go down to 80% which should be burning the fat. If you are crazy and feeling like an animal, even try as low as 60%, but don't stay there for too long because you will become incredibly hungry and binge.

220lbs last year 25% body fat - now 190lbs 10% body fat and still going. Goal 185lbs 6% body fat.

Fruit and toast would be good. You could also try muesli, provided you don't drown the meal in yogurt or cream. Restaurants usually make their scrambled eggs with quite a lot of butter and sometimes with cheese, so they're very rich and high in calories.

Yogurt and berries. Very healthy and good for you to start your day. Get a scale and measure the grams and calculate them on a free calorie count site like mynetdiary.com. I use that site and am addicted to it.

A good homestyle meal where you get atleast 3 food groups (protein/vegetables or fruits/grains) and as little sugar as possible.

I recommend Dennys or Waffle House.
Avoid cereal. Too much sugar and fillers.

Hmm let's see. You can eat nutritious cereal like cherrious!

go for a fruit salad with yoghurt.
or one of thoose cornflakes packets with milk.

Go for the toast and fruit

Fruit and toast FTW

Boiled eggs, plain toast!
