If its for a main dish, definitely tangy because it adds great flavor.
For a dessert, a combination of tangy and sweet would be nice.
Overall, I prefer sweet because I just love everything sweet :p
Hi, It really would depend on how you are going to use them. If it was for juicing or eating I would use sweet. If for cooking in marmalades sauces etc i would use the Tangy type. I hope this helps,all the best. Rab
