Would a weekly fruit and vegetable semi-fast be healthy?!
I recently did a three day fruit fast and felt so much healthier afterwards. If i ate nothing but fruits and vegetables and water for one day each week would it be healthy?

It would be fine and I hope you are getting some protein in between.
it's better to eat some of it daily.
