like if you want to lose weight what one would you eat for breakfast?

original cheerios taste better in my opinion, but both are healthy



Special K is complete crap.
It is made out of white rice, white flour, sugar, and chemicals.

Here are the ingredients:

USA: Rice, wheat gluten, sugar, defatted wheat, salt, high fructose corn syrup, dried whey, malt flavoring, calcium caseinate, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), alpha tocopherol acetate (vitamin E), reduced iron, niacinamide, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), riboflavin (vitamin B2), thiamin hydrochloride (vitamin B1), vitamin A palmitate, folic acid, and vitamin B12.

Out of your choices I reluctantly choose Cheerios.
How about oatmeal or Kashi?



Original Cheerios.



Special k with blueberries. Much healthier and g0od for your diet.
