It will depend upon what types they are, but a smoothy is probably a little healthier.
Healthier in what respect??
A low-fat yogurt would contain fewer calories and more calcium and protein than a smoothie. But look out for high-fat yogurts and those with artificial sweeteners, and if you already have a lot of dairy it's wise not to get too much.
A smoothie made with whole fruits contains far more vitamins and fibre than a yogurt. But they can be very high in calories and very sugary and acidic, which may also have a bad effect on your teeth.
They are both generally healthy products and can be incorporated into a healthy diet in moderation.
I'd say it depends on fat content. A full fat yogurt would be less healthy than a smoothie made with skim milk and ice and fruit, but a smoothie made with cream would be worse than a lowfat or nonfat yogurt.
Typically yogurts, but if you get a non sugary variety of smoothies, then they can be jsut as healthy.
I'd say yogurt, because smoothies can get really sugary. The best yogurt to get would be Activia :)
