Question: Are these chips actually served in restaurants?
At the grocery store, I bought Dand Dee white corn Totrilla Chips....

and it says on the pacakge, "Restaurant Style"....

Are those actually served in restaurants?
funny, I don't remember seeing those at any of the restaurants I've been to.

Answers:

No they are not actually served in restaurants. It is a way companies to advertise the quality of the chip they are selling.

Itt means they are cooked in the style of a restaurant. The vagueness is just to make it sound good.

Yes.
