Is it better to drink a glass of orange/apple juice or to eat an orange/apple?!

The fresh fruit is always better, as it contains the bulk and dietary fibre. Fresh fruit is lower GI than juice. However juice is a better choice than high-added-sugar squashes etc. Tropical vs orange/apple is mainly a matter of taste, although in all cases it is important to ensure you are buying 100% juice and not a 'juice drink' which may have high levels of added sugar (sucrose).
Eating is much healthier as there's so much sugar in fruit juices
