What sources is the 90g daily allowance of sugar surpassed to come from?!


Question: What sources is the 90g daily allowance of sugar surpassed to come from?
In the UK, an adult is allowed 90g of sugar a day. My question is: what sources is this sugar surpassed to come from? And are they surpassed to come from chocolate, cakes etc... Or none of these at all?

Any food you eat, most foods contain sugar some naturally occuring, some added.
The added sugar would generally be refined white sugar which is worse for you
