It tastes alright but it is expensive. Buy their cookbook and use the recipes in there. They taste better and there are NO artificial colours or preservatives.

The Weight Watcher foods work because the portion sizes are controlled. If you can do that at home you can get better meals with more nutrition and fewer chemicals.

WW only costs as much as the monthly membership and the cost of whatever groceries you choose to buy. WW does endorse the "SmartOnes" frozen dinners but you do not have to eat those for every meal. The program is simple and they provide you with tons of helpful information, whether you choose to do it online or go to meetings. They say it's not a "diet" because they do teach you how to eat healthy for the long run. And plus, once you make it to you goal weight, you don't have to pay the membership fee anymore.

WW member myself.

it's inflammatory processed food crap.. and it doesn't work. you may lose up to 40lbs.. but if you ever leave the program you gain the weight back plus more.

and the only success i heard... was 40lbs.. you stop after that.. WW is a scam.

eat right folks.. not crap! DIETS are a failure!

The amount of natural foods is decreasing, the amount of syntetic foods is increasing
