What is seltzer water?!

Question: What is seltzer water?
I heard it's good for you but why? Can teens drink it?

Answers:

just carbonated water. It's no better than regular water and yes teens can drink it. Has no calories

H2O (Water) with CO2 (carbon dioxide) bubbles.

It is distinguished from "Club Soda" which is essentially the same, but often has a certain amount of sodium. Seltzer should be sodium free.

Good for teens.

In the old days (1960's) I recall my parent's wet bar had a CO2 seltzer siphon bottle, using inexpensive disposable cartridges for dispensing their own seltzer. This device looked and functioned like a whip cream canister with NO2 (nitrous oxide) cartridges.

This may be what teens are saying is for seltzer, when its actually for a buzz..
