What's your favorite Chinese Food?!
Answers:
Stir fried Cantonese Prawns in a prawn base spread over large Cantonese noodles with fresh chinese black mushrooms, spring peas in the pod and Bac Choy - no funny crummy western crap vegetables, only the real Chinese type (no celery or carrots, YUK!). I also like sweetened duck with duck sauce over steaming egg noodles. I prefer Vietnamese style egg rolls because they are more seafood than pork based. I especially like the Vietnamese spring rolls wrapped in rice paper and deep fried along with some pork sausage or shrimp, and slices of vegetables inside.
Do you mean real Chinese food, or the stuff they serve at buffets and the supermarket?
