^ those. I've had three 16.9 bottles of water so far today (I'll keep myself at 4..) and poured those in each of them. It's the only way I can actually manage to have 8 cups of water in a day. And it tastes sooo good.. I just have them cold. It also fills me up for a long time, so I don't have the want to eat as much.(:

Is there anything wrong with this?
Is it possible to have "too much" of it?
Does it have the same effect as having it warm?
Will this help me lose weight, besides the fact that it fills me up?

Thanks!(:

It's great that you enjoy the healthy properties of Green Tea. However, too much of a good thing can be bad too. Keep in mind the "cons" from this list concerning the overuse of Green Tea.

While it might help you lose weight and "fills you up", know that beverages should not be used as a substitute for food. Whether you understand metabolism or not, know that your body still needs all nutrients from every food group: fats (minimal), meats/dairy/poultry (minimal), fruits & vegetables, grains & starches. So, eating a balance diet will help you lose weight. Remember, if you cut out too many calories, your body will react naturally and you will stop losing weight simply because it will think it's starving SO it will go into a conservation mode. It will slow the metabolism down because it thinks it's not going to get anymore energy so it will not allow a normal burn of calories. Seek professional guidance (at first) with your weight loss program. With the right diet AND exercise program, you will lose weight. If you do not choose to exercise in conjunction with a sensible diet plan, then give it up....because it works hand in hand.

I have lost 25 lbs. by changing my eating habits and engaging in exercise on a regular basis.

It's as bad for you as regular soda - can't you read labels?
Loose weight? No, it does the opposite.
