Which sweets/candy can you remember from your childhood?!

milkyway, milkyway stars, fudge, flump, freddo, taz bars, animal bar, curly wurly, chomp, milk bottles fried eggs, starburst (openfruit), smarties, dollymixture, jelly tots, chocolate buttons, candy cigarettes, candy neclaces, mini eggs and fungums teeth and toothbrushes

I don't know what these things were called, and I only had them once, on a family trip to Cape Cod. They were weird little hollow UFO kind of things, these strange little saucers that had sugar beads in the middle of them. It was like popping a little round pillow of styrofoam and air into your mouth. When the two outside shell pieces melted in your mouth (kind of like cotton candy, though more solid), the little sugar beads sweetened everything up. The UFO outside shell parts were pale pastel colors, each a different solid color, say one light blue, one light green. They tasted like...well, like not-quite-offensive paper. Maybe more like unsweetened meringue. Definitely weird. I've never forgotten those things.

I remember I always used to go to the gas station with my friends and buy these meter stick bubble gum. It was awesome, one whole meter of gum! :D
