Question: Why is it so hard to find wild salmon? What places can I find it in Chicago?
wanting to get wild salmon that's not frozen or canned

Answers:

I buy a whole fresh one from my local Jewel, fresh from the meat/butcher case. I also buy a whole one that is frozen and Wild from Aldi when the pocket book isn't Jewel friendly. Go to the Fish Market on Randolph Street early in the morning for Chicago's freshest fish. These are just my options.
