After you put your wet phone in rice to fix it, is the rice still ok to eat?!

Question: After you put your wet phone in rice to fix it, is the rice still ok to eat?
I put my phone in a box of rice to fix it after i dropped it in a puddle. Is it still ok to cook and eat the rice now that my phone was in it? or are there too many germs in the rice that wont be killed durign boiling?

Rice is cheap to purchase, just throw that stuff out that has puddle water soaked in and buy some fresh rice.

You saved a couple of hundred bucks by not needing a new phone. Just go out and buy some new rice for a few dollars because I doubt that the puddle was clean.

I wouldn't, just buy a $2 bag of rice. What if some of the oils in the phone slipped into the rice? It may be a small amount but it will have a weird subtle taste.

im sure you can still eat but you might get a tumor... but the time you put into asking this question you could have just spent that time doing overtime at work then bought a new box.

Well now....THINK - ABOUT - IT !
Don't you have to boil or steam rice to cook it?
Doesn't boiling & steaming DISINFECT THINGS???

dont even think about wastin it

No....

are you poor...?
