It is a toss up between lasagna and Parmesan chicken. However, I like trying new things, so I may look in a cookbook and see what I can do differently with chicken breast or ground beef.

I am making breaded chicken breasts stuffed with Ricotta cheese and Spinach , roasted red potatoes and asparagus with toasted almonds.....can't wait..mmmmmmm
