Quick alternative breakfast foods for egg allergies?!

Question: Quick alternative breakfast foods for egg allergies?
I'm allergic to eggs, possibly nuts, milk by itself upsets my stomach, and I can't stand the smell of fish. I'm trying to lose weight and I know breakfast is important, but I don't have the time to really make anything in morning. I only have thirty minutes between the time that I get up and the time I have to leave to get ready for school and eat something. I can eat it in the car, but the issue is that I haven't found anything low calorie that has enough protein that i can make quickly in the morning and will last. I need it to hold me for 5-7hrs (I absolutely cannot eat any sooner than that. Where I go to school there are strict rules by the state that we cannot bring food or drink). What can I eat?

a roast beef sandwich. any kind of food can be breakfast you know.

You really need to find out how allergic you might be to nuts since most purchased food products are made in factories that also process nuts as an ingredient. Oatmeal supposedly fills people up and is quite healthy. Short of time, use the instant oatmeal. If your looking for protein, you can prepare a cheese sandwich the night before. If you have a waffle maker, you can press the sandwich in the waffle maker for a hot breakfast. Part skim ricotta or low fat cottage cheese mixed with some chopped veggies or dried fruit. You can put it together at night also.

Because of your allergies it is hard to research food substitutes. I have found a link to a dietitian so maybe she can offer some help. I know there are free services at the local hospital from a dietitian so that maybe a great place to start.
