Is this safe at all for cooking?!
I baked a granola bar on a aluminum foil sheet in the oven. I did not greased the aluminum foil and I was wondering if the aluminum foil will leech into my food or not ? I'm concerned.

No need to be concerned, I do this quite often when cooking foods in the oven to avoid sticking to the baking sheet. You are fine.
Yup, I carefully read your question, you don't need to grease the sheet.
You can put food directly on or under aluminium foil without any worry.
