15ml = how many grams (density: dark soy sauce!)?!
I am trying to work out how many carbs are in dark soy sauce.
Bottle is 150ml.
Nutrition is labeled per 100gram
So..it has 21.0g carbs per 100g.
A shake would be about 15ml (one tablespoon)
So how many carbs in 15ml?

Your other friend is right. 1g = 1ml
So, using basic math 21/100= 0.21 carbs for every 1 gram.
# carbs in 15ml = 0.21x15ml = 3.15 carbs
For the whole bottle: 0.21x150ml = 31.5 carbs.

There is 1 ml to 1 gram, so ... I'm sorry, the rest is too much math for me.
