Question: How do i go about getting a refund on sainsburys food?

Ok so i bought a pack of sainsburys chicken with cheese sauce and ham and cooked it for the time stated (25 mins) and was still pink inside. So then cooked until it had been 45 minutes cooking time and was STILL pink inside...Become very frustrated and gave up. Not happy with the product so how can i get a refund. I no Asda do it but have no clue about sainsburys. Any help please???

If it was still pink, the problem is with your oven.

Stick a hair in it and use your receipt. Product was unsatisfactory.
