Usually its a roast beef SUB for me--every Pay Day..that was a constant..
Pastrami..I remember a Deli in Stamford, CT..off down a side street off of Sellect ST..
When I was working as a NC Programmer--(better money)..I ate there just about every day..
Probrably a German Deli..that was in 1976..I actually can't remember the last time I had a pastrami sandwich(on Seeded Jewish Rye)..but I would try the whole menu at this Deli--it was very remarkable.
