Spicy food because I like the burning sensation.

I'm into really spicy food. I'm Indian (INDIA Indian. Not Native American. People mess that up soooo many times...damn you Christopher Columbus...) so it sort of comes naturally. I particularly like Mexican-style Tacos though. I think it's because of all of the different flavors in combination. You'll have lettuce, tomatoes, onions, beef, & cheese...then the spiciness from the hot sauce itself...aah...heavenly...Curry, in all of it's forms, is good too. Tandoori chicken, naan...I'm hungry just thinking about it!!!

Mediterranean food, no doubt. Tastes in fierce, but deinking.
Texture, color, aroma, sudavel 80%.
