Fruits have sugars and certain vitamins, rather than veggies usually have little sugar and a variety of vitamins and usually have more minerals than fruits. Vegetables usually have carbs instead of sugars

Not really answering your question here but if fruits have seeds then is an eggplant considered a fruit?? Back to the nutrition though, both fruits and vegetables are a extremely healthy for you but the have different vitamins and antioxidants. http://www.healthalternatives2000.com/vitamins-nutrition-chart.html

Sure. You are not going to get Vitamin K or folic acid from fruits, no iron and a lot of other nutrients which are present in veggies are not in fruits. Plus, fruits are high in sugar and even if you are eating whole, fresh fruit, there is such a thing as too much fruit.

Naturally you prefer fruits because they are sweet. Eating just fruit is like having dessert all the time.

Fruit is higher in calories, but more versatile for desserts and such. Veggies have different vitamins and such, and they are lower calorie and more nutritious.

Vitamin content. Truth be known here..most things you think are veggies are actually fruits botanically (cucumber, squash, peppers, eggplant, tomatoes etc)
