Question: Is the triple bbq angus bacon burger from mcdonalds not healthy?

None of the salads were over 450 calories(without dressing) and the one that did have 450 calories was with the crispy chicken so a salad is still a better deal.
Anything with the word Angus in it was over 700 calories with about half the calories coming from fat and a huge amount of sodium in each one as well.
Part of the problem is the portion size. the Angus burgers were all over 10 ounces and a serving of meat is 3 ounces.....Even if the angus burger was extra lean meat, that is still and a huge amount of meat and that accounts for a lot of calories.
Too much of a good thing is still too much.



Seriously, yeah. Most fast food is. But believe it or not, it's probably healthier than their salads. The salads have more fat & calories than most of their burgers.
