Question: How Long Does Bulk Chocolate In Foil Last?
Okay so I am getting married in September 2011 and I just bought a TON of bulk chocolate in foil for the wedding reception. Will my chocolate still be good for the wedding if I bought it in February?

You should put it in a freezer if you can. Let it thaw 2 days ahead of reception.
