Is there a such thing as a healthy flavored coffee creamer?!

Question: Is there a such thing as a healthy flavored coffee creamer?

I LOVE those coffee creamers like coffee mate or whatever that are hazelnut, irish cream, etc. flavor, but I know that they're full of crap and chemicals....is there any such thing as a healthy or all natural version of those? Someone told me that there was, but I've never seen one? Thanks!

The chemicals used to make "non-dairy creamers" can't be good for us.
