Yes chewing trident is good for you!

Trident contains a 5 carbon sugar, called Xylitol. This sugar is not digested by bacteria, and therefore the bacteria can not produce acid when it consumes this sweetener. The reason it is good for your teeth, is:

a. it helps remove food stuck in the pits and fissures of your teeth when you eat, further helping with the prevention of cavities. And...

b. Chewing gum increase the amount of saliva in your mouth, which can help remineralize the demineralized areas on your tooth surfaces

recent studies ave sown hat fluoride can kill neurons which is very bad and trident has a lot of it. but it keeps your tteeth clean overall i think you are safe.

i don't think so. trident is suppose to be good for your teeth, but to make double sure i'd ask my doctor, cause we're all different.

no baby you are not in danger.. Its just you need not be addictive of some things..

According to them, it's good for ur teeth
