After I eat fresh spinach, it leaves a ruff texture on my teeth. Why?!

Question: After I eat fresh spinach, it leaves a ruff texture on my teeth. Why?
It only happens when I cook fresh spinach, it leaves my teeth feeling ruff on my tongue. This doesn't happen when I eat canned or frozen spinach, only fresh. Why? Is it damaging my tooth enamel? Should I brush my teeth?

Fresh spinach contains acids that attacks your teeth. Strawberries, rhubarb, cabbage and raw broccoli as well. Together with milk strawberries and rhubarb acid is neutralized. But spinach is best eaten cooked, stewed or so because the heating breaks down the acid structure.
