You would be very very very very very very malnurished! Please don't do this! It is fine to eat ceral and drink water if you do something like eat one bowl for breakfast, a real meal for lunch, and one bowl of cereal for supper! This is a lot healthier way to loose weight

You'll have no energy, your hair and skin will look like crap, you'll get bags under your eyes, you'll get hungry, cranky, and you may faint or even get sick.

Weightwise, it could swing either way. You might go straight into starvation mode, meaning your body realises it's being starved and hangs on to every ounce of fat it has stored up. Or you might lose a few pounds, only to put them back on and then some when you start eating again, because your body's so relieved to actually have energy again and wants to store some up for next time you try to starve it.



I don't understand the point of it. To lose weight? Is it all you have? If it is for weight loss, binge dieting never works. Learn to eat healthy and exercise and you won't have to binge diet. Your body requires many vitamins and minerals that a bowl of cereal lacks, even percentage wise. Not to mention getting burned out on cereal.



Besides the fact you will be hungry, all day every day. Your body will say "Self not enough groceries coming through we best hold on to what we got for survival". If you want to loose weight, eat 3-4 proper meals a day, total calories of at least 1000-1200, and do some exercise.



You won't starve if you eat only 1 bowl of cereal a day, but you will be very hungry. you could do it for a week without too much negative effects on your health, but I wouldn't do it longer than that or you will become malnourished.



You will gain weight. Your body will go into famine mode and turn everything you eat to fat. You need to have small, balanced meals.



You will be hungry...VERY VERY hungry.



You'll lose weight

You may even get dizzy and/or faint
