Can i use Coconut Milk in replace of regular cows milk?!

Question: Can i use Coconut Milk in replace of regular cows milk?
Hello, my body is lactose intolerant. I cant go near milk or my body freaks out. (i have very bad acid reflux) Can i use Coconut milk or maybe almond milk to replace dairy milk? Thanks so much!!

Answers:

Almond milk
Soy milk
Rice milk
These three would be better than coconut milk
There are milks that have been developed for people that are lactose intolerant. Look for Lactaid in the dairy case near the soy milk, almond milk and regular milk.

Coconut or almond milk are not real animal milk so you can't 'replace' dairy milk but you can always try natural cows' milk which are filtered to remove the lactose and retain the real dairy taste.

Everyone of them has their own nutrients and taste though.

you can get lactose free milk as well as soy, both of which are healthier options to cocnut milk <which WILL give you the runs>, and almond milk<which has zero nutritional value>

yes if you like them.they have other choices .
