I never get tired of sandwiches. Get away from the PB&J mentality of Americans.

There is nothing like a sandwich with some sliced roast lamb from dinner and some sweetcorn pickles, or some relish
Cheese and chives.
A squeeze of lemon juice mixed and mashed into drained canned fish, salmon sardines etc.
I even make them with Baked Beans, or minced beef.

I use to make home made sushi , it's fun and healthy. Or you can make your own salid! Healthy and cheap. Or hear is something really good you can take the left overs of dinner and make a whole wheet sanwich .

I use to have to make lunches lol I was one out of 4 kids at home. Lol but second oldest out of 6 but now just back to 3 lol

I like to take a chicken breast and butterfly it and cook it on the grill with some seasonings. I take that along with a small salad or another veggie with me. It isn't a lot but it keeps me happy until I get home and make a nice dinner.

I also sometimes make sure I make a little extra for dinner that way I can take it to work the next day. Not only it is healthier, but you are saving a buck ny not eating out or at your buildings cafe all the time.

Ok, here goes invest in the book 17 day diet. I am 5' 11" 29 and done having children had 3. I wanted to loose about 25lbs. putting me at 145 and stay there. This book will teach you a whole new way of life. I am NOT a diet person at ALL but this is a great concept it works and you can use it the rest of your life. You can check out their website go for it. If nothing else they have great healthy and not nasty ideas for quick good lunches to take to work. Hope this helps!
