Do you prefer/drink whole, semi-skimmed or skimmed milk?!


Question: Do you prefer/drink whole, semi-skimmed or skimmed milk?
I usually have semi skimmed but tried whole recently because i want to gain a few pounds a luckily i like it, it's a bit creamy but if it's too much i mix it with the semi skimmed, which do you prefer and why?

I rather have whole milk. I've tried the others and just can't deal with it.



I grew up drinking skim and 2% believe it would help control my weight, but then I found out that it was eating too many carbs that kept me out of reach of my goal weight. I never buy skim or 2% milk and never buy "fat free" products. I have maintained my goal weight of 155 lbs (I'm 6'0") for the past 20 years by living a low carb lifestyle.



I prefer skimmed milk, partly because that's what I was brought up on and it tastes better. Whole milk is too greasy, I'd much rather have the cream made into butter.



semi-skimmed. Whole milk is too rich and skimmed milk is a bit watery. UHT is really foul.



i prefer Alpro soya!! its the best.

otherwise i drink the green 1,5% milk.... its the like low fat one here. the standard one is 3% fat.

I dont really taste the difference between them!!



i like 2% or 1% because that's what i am used to.i think whole milk taste bad.you need milk but not too much.



Whole milk ... anything else tastes like water. Unpasteurised milk is really nice ... if you can get it.



I use soya milk.
