What can i eat for breakfast that will leave me full for a while?!

Question: What can i eat for breakfast that will leave me full for a while?
I have exams this week that started today. The first one starts at 9 and ends at 12:30. Today, I was starving by 11, and my stomach was grumbling pretty loudly (beyond embarrassing...) This morning I ate a banana and a slice of bread for breakfast, which obviously wasn't enough. What can I eat in the morning that's healthy and will leave me full until I can eat again? I'm 15 and a girl :) thanks

Have a glass of water first thing in the morning...like as soon as you get up. Add a bowl of porridge oats with some mixed fruit and nuts, mix with skimmed milk or water. Add a scrambled egg or two (not to the porridge!), they are an ideal source of nutrients. Alternate the porridge with an Avocado.
Mon: Porridge/egg/toast Tue: Avocado/egg/toast etc. Try some peanut butter on the toast ? Avoid sugary food, which will produce an energy spike followed by an energy crash. Use lactose free milk if the normal milk makes you bloated. Don't worry about fats..they are brain food, you will need them to concentrate. 30 Min's after breakfast, drink a larger size glass of water. A rumbling tummy isn't necessarily a sign of hunger, it is also a sign of dehydration. If yu are dehydrated your brain function is impaired - fact ! Worried about cost ? Visit www.bulkpowders.co.uk they do the cheapest finley ground Scottish Oats around ! Keep your self hydrated throughout the day, eat small meals every 3 hours to keep blood sugar level stable. get some exercise. A brisk walk outside at lunchtime or later in the day a jog/ run - somewhere safe ! Early to bed as well, it will all help with the metabolism and your brain power !

I always have 2 eggs scrambled & 2-3 rashers of grilled bacon (fat trimmed off) on exam days. The protein takes a long time to digest so I don't get hungry before lunch. I also have a banana just before I go into the exam room, just to be on the safe side.

pizza (cook it the night before) eggs, or you could buy some of those 17p tins of rice pudding from sainsburys and tesco they are full of protein and low fat, eat it out of the tin cold, it will keep you going for ages

Spread the load - porridge is great for a start then have a couple of slices of toast with jam and complete with a cup of hot chocolate .. you will feel great and will not worry about getting hungry during your examinations - good luck

Oatmeal... works for me at least, and it's very good for you. I add unsalted nuts, raisins, dried cranberries, etc. to mine and use skim milk instead of water for the additional nutrients (plus it's delicious!)
