seeing and using edible flowers as garnish in restaurants makes me think of spring bc they are a very cheap very beautiful garnish

I grew up in Honolulu, Hawaii; our house was surrounded with these HUGE mango trees, so- mangoes naturally. also strawberry and lychee sigh :)
melon, watermelon, cherries, strawberries, apricots, peaches... :)
Fresh crushed mint leaves and beef cooking on a BBQ. Sour smelling towels beside a swimming pool.
