Forgot I defrosted the meat. Is this bad?!

Question: Forgot I defrosted the meat. Is this bad?
I put stew meat in the microwave and defrosted it from frozen solid. It was completely defrosted, but I forgot it was in the microwave. I had already started the water in the crock pot, so it was hot. After the half hour, I threw the meat into the crock pot. Is there any danger that I've contaminated the meat by doing this?

30 minutes not a problem, the crock pot temp will take internal meat temp above 185 F for sufficient time to do in any dangerous effects of leaving it in the microwave.

If you were in a culinary school you would probably be teased about trying to skimp on the meat in the pot!

No it will just take longer to cook plus meat sometime is cook medium well

I use to work in a fast food place that had a bunch of meat

Not if it was only a matter of a half hour or so. Plus, cooking it in the stew kills off any growth.
