Can you Identify this green edible seed?!

I located it in an unmarked bins in deli section of supermarket in Mexico. It is dull green in color. Length 8-10mm in length, 3mm in width and about 2mm in thickness; tapers to point on both ends. Sample was lightly salted. Texture and general shape of a shelled sunflower but 4 to 5 times larger. What is it and to be best answer need a link to photo of your answer. Thanks
