The whole grain pita was a good choice but the canned vegetarian chili in a can is loaded with sodium. Not a good choice in any lunch plan.
The pitta bread is definitely healthy. I dont think many ready meals in a can are healthy, but they still taste nice :) so I'd say partly healthy :)
