Some stores sell it as French Vanilla hot cocoa.

Editing to say: I just got back from the grocery store and found hot White Chocolate mix! The brand is Stephen's. It was in the same section but with the more gourmet types of cocoa mixes.

Good question,I would love to try a hot white chocolate drink.Maybe we should petition the manufacturers!
