Yes! Like beer battered chicken...oh my gosh it tast amazing! However, it depends on whose cooking it, just last week I ate some beer battered chicken that sucked because of how someone cooked it.
I am huge fan of cooking and I hate to use alcohol in food. I also don't like deserts that contain it. I find there's usually a big hype about it, such as a Baileys ice cream at a restaurant, I personally think it makes it taste worst. Also I don't think it makes up for bland, boring ingredients.
But that's just me and I'm pretty fussy.
Actually most food that is cooked with alcohol, the alcohol has "burned" off just leaving the taste. And I'm with the previous poster, depends on how it was cooked.
