It's so easy to make garlic oil. Why buy it? Put 2 cups of extra virgin olive oil in a sauce pan and warm over medium heat. Add 6 cloves of garlic and cook until you can smell the cloves. (Don't fry them- the heat is too high if they start crackling). Remove from heat, remove cloves and you have garlic oil.
