Did I eat way too much? Help?!

Question: Did I eat way too much? Help?
My grandma and mom are forcing me to eat too much!!!!

I had the top of a dunkin donuts muffin, and some French onion soup, 3/4 cheeseburger, sweet potAto, and chocate cake part of the sampler from longhorn steakhouse

That's like over 2,000 calories!!'

Im crying. I'm stuck with them eating out for 2 more days!!! What do I do????

Answers:

Some people need over 2,000 calories, it just depends on your body, age, weight, ect. Don't worry if you had a little over 2,000 calories. If your active and keep your body moving the calories burn off, calories are good things, bodies need them to survive. As long as you don't eat like a whole bag of Doritos and 2 hamburgers, well, you get what I'm saying hopefully, Just don't splurge intentionally. Don't worry your fine =)

If your grandma and mom are making you stuff yourself, tell them calmly that your uncomfortable eating so much. It's your body, you always have the right to say No.

Depending on how active you are that is actually a decent amount of calories to take in a day.

If you burn more calories than you take in you could become very sick looking.... however if you are a couch potato and do no physical activity at all 2000 would be a little much.

You're fine as long as you are getting a good amount of exercise those 2000 calories will be burned in no time at all.

Don't be passive-aggressive about it. Take your health into your own hands. You can be firm yet respectful and just eat until you don't feel hungry. After that, just kindly decline any more.

Just say no.

Instead of muffins and cake [ empty calories ] eat more fruit and veggies.
You can order a fruit cup and steamed veggies in most restaurants.
