I'm no expert but from my experience you are not getting nearly enough protein in your diet.

Your breakfast could be better if you ate something like oatmeal or something with lots of fibre. In your breakfast you took in 9 grams of sugar and only 1 gram of fibre, this is not good at all the fibre should be a way higher then 1 gram especial when there is 9 grams of sugar.

Your lunch had no protein which your body needs to build tissue and peanut butter and jelly are not the two best things in the world.

Your supper was alright considering what you ate the rest of the day.

And according to this you took in 0 fruits and vegetables (juice does not count!), you need fruits and vegetables but more vegetables then fruit.

You need to increase your vegetable and protein intake ten fold.

Personally if this is what I ate today i would be disappointed in myself.

And I know I'm going to get thumbs down because I am not all "Ya!! You did great!!" but when it comes to your health you need to know the truth.

My experience and a lot of random internet searches.

Don't go heavy on the cheese i cant be sure the maount of calroies becasue i dont know portions buy yes pretty healthy you got your three meals in

Special K cereal and

all around 1000 - 2000 calories but you should cut down peanut butter its really a bunch of oils in your body and add like bananas
