fresh fruit,whole grain toast muffins and bagels,juice(make sure its 100% juice),oatmeal,turkey bacon,yogurt with granola.
They're saying now the new standard for breakfast is to concentrate on having protein and fiber---save the fruits and carbs for later in the day.
Multi grain bread to have toast....an egg and a beverage of course. Actually, anything that is protein and has fiber. It used to be big breakfasts to get you through the day, but not anymore (so they say).
Some healthy breakfast is eggs with bacon and a cup of orange juice or just get the breakfast essentials by nestle really good

Grapefruits are very healthy. Have a grapefruit with some yogurt and granola. Add some fresh fruit, maybe a peice of toast depending on your appetite. Mmm!
