Whats the difference between guava jelly and guava marmalade if there is any?!


Question: Whats the difference between guava jelly and guava marmalade if there is any?

Jelly is made with the fruit of the guava and generally is smooth.

Marmalade's are made with the skin of fruits such as oranges, limes etc.
I haven't heard of it being made with a guava but it could be made.

It is more like a jam to me, it doesn't have the texture I would expect from a marmalade.



Jelly is smooth, marmalade has chunks.
