What foods are making me tired?!

Question: What foods are making me tired?
What is making my stomache so stressed out and tired. So I'd name what I ate and someone please tell which one is most likely and I'll eliminate it and see what happens. My current conditon's is gluten intolerance, lactose intolerance and I think candida so I can't eat any sugars either. I mean I'm feeling and looking much better then I did a week ago when I just started this diet but I feel there still something there that is given me and allergic reaction & it's very hard to pinpoint it.

These are the food's I ate in the pass 3 days.

-Mcdonalds southwest salad with grilled chicken (basically just salad and grilled chicken) medium fries cause I feel is kinda plain.

- Mcdonalds plain sausage and scrambled eggs, with just 1 jam.

- Muesli, (I'm not really sure of the ingredients but it seems like it's oatmeal mixed with apples, blueberries and some juice.)

-Salad and tuna

-Almond milk, mixed with fruits and 2 teaspoons of yogurt. ( I think I'm reacting on the yogurt so I already stopped eating it 3 days ago, but I'm still feeling tired, not sure if I'm either still feeling it or it's something else I ate that still giving me alergic reaction.

Answers:

Gluten intolerance is coeliac disease - an autoimmune condition that causes malabsorption and acrid smelling diarrhoea. Lactose intolerance is frothy diarrhoea that will lead to stomach cramps eventually

Allergies are a different kettle of fish from intolerances. Gluten allergy is Arthritis (joint pain). Milk allergy symptoms can be skin rash, hives, vomiting, sinusitis.

Have you tried the saliva test for Candida? It can be done at home at no cost. Brush your teeth last thing at night, then first thing in the morning before you eat anything or brush you teeth gather saliva in your mouth and spit into a glass of water. It might happen strait away or it could take 2 hours but if you do have Candidiasis then you should either get vertical strands (called legs) or spherical blobs. If is dissolves or just stays as spit then that is a negative result.

Regarding Candida; fruit and sucrose (table sugar) would not be helpful since Candida uses fructose for tissue development, and it uses glucose for energy (two papers by Vidotto et al 1996).

Generally better to have a ketogenic diet, mainly fat and protein (and a soluble fibre drink).

Probiotic yogurt (L. Acidophilous and L. Casei) would be good but watch out for Bifidobacterium and prebiotics (e.g. FOS). Candida reacts aggressively towards Bifidobacterium, and FOS increases the bifido population dramatically.

The same can also be said of yeast and mould (so perhaps bread is causing pain?). The hyphal form of Candida reacts aggressively towards species it considers a threat; this is what yeast intolerance is. Symptoms are bloating and pain but it does not cause diarrhoea.

To cure gastrointestinal Candida the best and safest route is to take potassium sorbate (1/2 tsp/day) dissolved into a glass of water.

Looking at your diet: Meat good
Fruit and veg not good
Sugar not good
almond milk is big on fructose so thats no good either

well mcdonalds is full of preservatives and additives, not to mention sugar in most everythin (even the salads).
it's remarkable how many unnecessary ingredients a fast food chain can add to a meal, so my suggestion would be to forgo the fast food and then see how you feel.

Well from what i can see perhaps cut out the maccas. I always feel a bit lethargic and ill after eating junk even there salad selection isn't that fresh or good for you. The key is to eat plenty of fruit and veg and move your body! Going for a walk always gives me more energy and steering clear of bad food.

For Pete's sake, don't eat at McDonald's or any fast-food place! Trust me on this. Drink lots of water - plain, unchilled, unflavored. Detoxing can make you feel tired for a long time. Take some Vitamin C supplements - they always energize me.

You need more Protein in your diet. Protein will give you energy.
Avoid white potatoes (fries) which cause an energy crash.
Eat: More Grilled Chicken, Grilled Fish, Filet Mignon.

*Try to stay away from fast food. It has lots of Trans fat to say the least.

Sounds like low iron and potassium. You might not be getting enough calories to function properly. See a doctor and get tested for the iron and potassium, then consult a dietitian for proper foods to eat.

fries jam juice

simple carbs and sugar can cause crashes

How long have been on this diet for? Who told you that you are gluten intolerant, lactose intolerant and candida intolerant? A real doctor or a quack? Why don't you eat more vegetables or something? You need to eat grains, dark leafy greens and legumes. You also need to eat more tomatoes. What moron told you that gluten is bad for you? All of a sudden gluten is the enemy for whatever reason or another. It seems you are eating rather sparsley trying to be healthy and that is not necessary. Why do you want to eat at McDonald's every day? That is a bad habit. I don't care what you get from there - it's not necessary. If you eat there once a month - that's okay, but it sounds to me like you want to go there all the time and eat all the fattening junk food. If that is not true, why don't you make a salad for yourself that is way cheaper? Also, why do you want to eat tasteless crap like Muesli? You don't have to eat cardboard tasting stuff if you want to be healthy. Just read the labels and mostly use fresh ingredients (so you know that less garbage is being put into it). Yeah, it might be more work but it's worth it. Because I eat mostly fresh, I don't have to worry about eating too much mayonnaise or butter, which I love.
