fruit is GOOD FOR YOU!!!

Its not likely to gain weight off fruit. Some fruit actually takes more calories to burn then they actually are. But you need to burn as many calories as your taking in in order to not gain weight. Make sure you have a balanced diet. Fruit is really healthy but too much of anything isnt good. You still need have the other food groups as well.

Epic nutrition fail.

Yes, fruit is a healthy snack. In fact, I daresay that a portion of fruit is the healthiest snack you could ever eat, ever. Okay, maybe it's tied by eating veggies.

Fruit is full of nutrients and vitamins, has no fat, and the calories aren't an issue unless you eat huge portions.

if its citrusy or you add sugar it can be bad for your teeth, but its healthy otherwise, unless you have an allergy.

It is healthy for you as it is full of minerals and vitamins.
You shouldn't gain weight.
