Question: Will adding a tablespoon or two or Soy Protein or Soy Flour to your soup make for any problems?
I am talking here about Progresso and Campbell healthy and lite brands of Turkey or Chicken or Beef Vegetable soup.

no, but it is adding calories, which if you are trying to avoid by eating light soups, would kinda negate the "light" aspects of the soup
