Why not have both? You could always cook the bacon up first, chop it into smaller pieces, and then add to your omelet mixture. At school when we made omelets, we usually garnished with chives, parsley, and greens of that nature. Don't forget your salt and pepper as well.

Bacon, Eggs--... b/c the yoke has a lot of cholesterol, you could use only a couple of yokes. ...say if you use 3 eggs to cook with... use 1 full egg and then toss out the other two yokes and just use the clear/white part, or if it is 4 eggs, use 2 yokes and toss out the other two using the whites :) Much healthier and just as filling. Also wheat toast :) I am hungry, this sounds good haha.

Bacon and eggs sounds better, I will usually add baked beans & toasts or pancake with fruits.

Maan you sound like you have a good breakfast every morning.I would eat an omelet with bacon on it.
