What should I eat for breakfast?!


Question: What should I eat for breakfast?
Something that doesn't require much effort.I'm feeling lazy.I'm thinking either yogurt,some type of cereal,waffles,or maybe toast.What do you think

Anything with fiber, i.e., oatmeal, high-fiber toast, English muffine, or bagel with peanut butter, or a high-fiber cereal. Look for anything higher than 5 grams fiber. It'll get you through the morning without feeling hungry until lunch!

I had two eggs, scrambled. Carbs load me down in the morning. Grits with diced ham and cheddar would be great too.
